Strategy: Positioned Nagi as “a quiet stop in a city that never slows down,” highlighting Japanese-inspired wellness, gentle service, bilingual support, and no hard-selling.
Execution: Planned Reels and Carousel content around ASMR/healing, self-care tips, service PR, and promotions with bilingual captions and CTAs.
Problem: Introduce Gỏi Mít xúc bánh đa while strengthening the restaurant’s Central Vietnamese home-style food identity.
Strategy: Used nostalgia-led storytelling: the farther people are from home, the more they miss simple childhood dishes.
Execution: Wrote a structured caption and built a 4-image visual concept: one vertical key visual with supporting preparation images.
Problem: Increase TikTok awareness and stimulate purchase intent through convenience stores, supermarkets, and local shops.
Strategy: Built “Share Ice Cream - Share Joy,” using everyday storytelling, POV formats, community challenges, and adapted trends.
